CBS Radio in Baltimore seeks a full time Broadcast Traffic manager to produce daily commercial logs, input orders and manage inventory using the IBS Traffic System.

Duties include but are not limited to: 
• Traffic and manage broadcast and stream logs. 
• Process orders, revisions and enter new orders. 
• Manage commercial inventory. 
• Reconciliation of broadcast logs. 
• Daily data entry of orders into the traffic software system
• Must be able to handle high volume data entry and adhere to strict deadlines 
• Communicate daily with sales management, account executives, business and programming department regarding anything related to station traffic. 

Required Skills 
• High School graduate or equivalent; some college coursework preferred 
• Previous broadcast traffic or continuity experience
• Must be detail oriented 
• Exceptional organizational skills 
• Strong computer skills 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to working independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment. 
• Must be able to work well under deadlines 
• Ability to multi task and re-prioritize several issues throughout the day/week/month 
• Solid customer service skills; proven track record that demonstrates an ability to work well with senior management, direct supervisors, peers and vendors
